Click on the "JOIN NOW" button on the front page of Serbmatch or "JOIN" located on most pages.

Do I have to be a paying member of Serbmatch?
No, Serbmatch is not a paying site. The site is FREE to join.

What is "Invite a Friend"?
Invite a friend enables you to send a link to Serbmatch.com to a friend who you think can benefit from our website.

What is a Kiss?
An (Ice breaker/Tease) that members can send to another member. The kiss lets a member know they're interested.

No.

Are the messages I send to other members anonymous?
Yes, your message will be sent via Serbmatch's mail server. Your personal email will not be identified.

Do you share or sell my contact information to third parties?
No, all your information is kept private and secure.

Yes, your personal email is kept private.

How do I block a member?
You may block members by going to their profiles and clicking on the "block member" icon.

How do I change my e-mail address and password?
Login and click on "edit profile" in the appropriate field you can change your email address or password.

Will I be notified about messages I receive?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail notification that you have received a message on Serbmatch.

How do I respond to a member?
Login, and through your "communicator" page select the "inbox". Open the message and click on "Reply".

How do I add a photo?
Login, click on "upload photo"

Why should I add a photo? Members with photos get contacted 8 times more often than members without photos. Also, most members search for profiles with photos only when they do a search.

How many photos can I add?
You can add up to 10 photos on your profile.

How long does it take for my photo to appear?
Other members will be able to view your photo after it has been approved by the administrator, usually within 24 hours.

Yes. Posting your profile is free.
 
How do I update my Profile?
Login, go to "edit profile".

Why doesn't my profile show up in a search?
If you've made changes to your account and your account status is in the "approval" mode, you will have to wait until your profile is approved before your profile will show up in the search results. Also, if you've "suspended" your profile, it will not come up in a search.
